Vendor Application and Agreement
Rueggenfest is an annual Swiss-German inspired Oktoberfest-type celebration held in historic downtown Marshall, Texas hosted by the Ruegg Family Swiss Heritage Foundation in partnership with Rueggenbach Brewing Co.
Blending Old World tradition with East Texas charm, the festival includes craft beer, authentic food, live music, family friendly activities while showcasing local artisans Designed to bring the community together while attracting visitors from across the region, Rueggenfest has quickly grown into a signature cultural event that celebrates heritage, hospitality, and local pride!

This event is rain or shine. No refunds.
Each vendor spot is 10x10 area and the fee is $50. No electricity is available, but inverter (quiet) generators are allowed. Canopies and all fixtures needed for setting up are the responsibility of the vendor. Public restrooms are provided on both sides of the square (north and south).
The entrances and exits around the square will be closed for foot traffic for the duration of the festival (11-8) and for safety for the guests will not be opened until 8:00pm. You must stay until the event is concluded.
Every effort will be made to not have duplicate items.

This is a family event and we want to continue to have it.
Not bring or sell any alcohol beverages, or food or drinks.
There are designated vendors for each of those.
Set up and be ready for business by 10:30am and remain open until 8:00pm.
I may then tear down my booth and move my vehicle closer to pack up.
